This website provides general information about Clear Value Pools LLC and its residential and commercial pool maintenance, cleaning, water chemistry, repair, equipment installation, resurfacing, and remodeling services for existing pools. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
These Terms govern your use of the website. When you accept a written estimate, proposal, or service agreement, that document governs the services being performed and controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Website content, preliminary estimates, form submissions, calls, emails, and text messages do not authorize work or create a service contract.
Information and Estimates
Website content is provided for general information and is not a binding quote, warranty, or service agreement.
Pricing, scheduling, and service details depend on the pool, equipment, property conditions, service address, and work being considered. Work begins only after the customer accepts the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided for that work.
Service Area and Availability
Clear Value Pools primarily serves Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and select Phoenix neighborhoods.
Submitting a form or contacting the company does not reserve an appointment or mean that service can be provided at every property. Clear Value Pools will confirm service details directly with the customer.
Customer Communications
If you submit a form, call, text, or email us, you authorize Clear Value Pools to respond about that inquiry, appointment, estimate, or active service. Consent to recurring promotional or automated marketing messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent to promotional or nonessential text messages at any time by replying STOP, by making another reasonable opt-out request, or by contacting us at office@clearvaluepools.com. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. You may unsubscribe from commercial marketing emails using the link provided, by emailing us, or by using the Email & SMS Terms and Opt Out page. This does not prevent necessary replies about an active inquiry, appointment, estimate, or service relationship.
Privacy and Third-Party Services
Information submitted through the new-customer form is processed using MyPoolPortal, a Skimmer customer-portal platform. Clear Value Pools uses the information it receives to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule work, and manage customer relationships.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. Information may be handled by service providers only as needed to operate communications and customer-service systems.
The provider also processes information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Clear Value Pools.
These materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from Clear Value Pools or the rights holder.
Disclaimer and Limitation
Clear Value Pools works to keep this website accurate and accessible, but every page may not always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clear Value Pools is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by the use of this website.
